The Scratch 2 is a round shaped saddle that is suitable for long or medium distance road and off-road cycling. This shape of saddle distributes the riders weight across the entire seating area, reducing the risk of pressure in sensitive areas. The round shape and the rise to the rear of the saddle also helps with support and the natural rotation of your pelvis during riding, also helping to increase thrust.

The saddle also has Active Density Technology which combines 3 foam densities with a variable stiffness base. It’s structured in different areas using 3 related foam densities.
HIGH DENSITY: On the rear area of the saddle it gives a stable support of the ischial bones.
MEDIUM DENSITY: In the middle of the saddle a medium density foam reduces the pressure of the pelvic area.
LOW DENSITY: In the front area of the saddle it reduces pressure peaks of the body.

ESD is the acronym of Ergo Shape Design: Prologo has identified the new ergonomic design of the transition area, or the centre of the saddle, which allows more space for legs and a better cyclist positioning. Moreover, the ESD reduces friction of the quadriceps against the body of the saddle.
