Speed, precision, smoothness and better looks: the rear derailleur with carbon fibre upper and lower body will amaze even the most demanding of cyclists. The HO version of the Super Record rear derailleur has been especially optimized for disc-brake frames with with 142 mm OLD. The derailleur mounting link and its design has been adapted to provide an easy mounting and dismounting of the thru axle or rear wheel. Furthermore the teeth of the upper pulley has been extended to guarantee precisely shifting also at high skew.

Completely new design
The new shape of the external components enables the rear derailleur to move according to a different angle and the new internal design keeps the chain nearer the cassette to ensure better power transmission, greater and more secure traction, a better chain/sprocket interface and greater durability of components subject to wear and tear.

Embrace Technology
The special chainring positioned inside the gear body acts on a rectangular section spring that allows the component to move along a trajectory that perfectly follows the curve of the sprockets, on both the 11-23 cassette and the new 11-29.

Aluminum fixing bolt
The new two-part system is 53% lighter than steel and 22% lighter than titanium, without compromising resistance and rigidity levels and prolonging component life.

Carbon fibre upper and lower body
